Our cinnamon base Diabetic Rolls are made with Monk Fruit as a natural sweetener that has zero calories, zero carbs and Keto friendly.
We use Gluten-Free Flour, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, and Bukidnon Milk for our dough, or almond milk and vegan coconut butter.
Shelf Life: 24 hours at room temperature, 3 weeks when frozen
Reheating Instructions :
Oven – 150 degrees for 15 minutes
Microwave – Medium temperature for 1 minute.

By far one of the best diabetic-friendly products I’ve tried since I was diagnosed! The rolls are soft and chewy, not overpoweringly sweet, and keep well. Even by themselves they can be quite addicting, but even when I snack on them at night, the next morning my glucometer readings didn’t spike at all! 😀
